TYLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document needs to be printed, signed and returned. It is considered as an official confirmation of order under the following terms and conditions:

 PAYMENT TERMS

  • First down payment of 50% upon confirmation.
  • Second down payment of 50% (full payment) within 2 weeks before course completion.
  • Exam vouchers will be submitted after full payment is issued.
  •  CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellation more than 15 working days prior to course commencement no cancellation charges apply.
  • For cancellation within 15 to 6 working days of course commencement 50% of the course fee are refunded.
  • For cancellation within 5 working days of course commencement there is no refund of the course fee.
  •  HRDC GRANT REFUND

  • Tylers Training is up to 75% refundable by HRDC if the grant ceiling has not been exceeded for the year.
  • The form G1 should be sent together with the training invoice to the HRDC not later than 10 days before course commencement.
  • The form G3 must be sent to the HRDC after completion of the course with the Receipt of Payment and the Certificate of Attendance.
  • The HRDC forms can be downloaded at www.hrdc.mu
  •  RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION OF COURSE

  • Tylers will try to accommodate alternative arrangements acceptable to the client.
  • Tylers will refund any course fees paid by the client if alternatives are not possible to arrange.
  • Tylers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by the client or its employer due to rescheduling or cancellation of any course.
